A strip-shaped electrical cable, comprising a cable core and a covered Mylar layer (4) covering the exterior of the cable core. The cable core comprises signal lines (1) and/or power supply lines (2). The signal lines (1) and/or the power supply lines (2) are extended in a first direction; the signal lines (1) and/or the power supply lines (2) are arranged in a second direction; and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The cable core also comprises several reinforcing lines (3) used for reinforcing the tensile performance and the flexural performance of the strip-shaped electrical cable. The reinforcing lines (3) are extended in the first direction and arranged jointly with the signal lines (1) and/or the power supply lines (2) in the second direction. The signal lines (1) are coaxial cables or twisted pair cables. The power supply lines (2) are coaxial cables or twisted pair cables. The reinforcing lines (3) are cotton threads, nylon threads, or bulletproof fibers. The strip-shaped electrical cable is flat, has a small footprint, has improved tensile and flexural performances, and satisfies requirements of electronic products.
