Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a piston 22 provided in a cylinder hole 211; a lid member 23 which closes an opening on the other side of the cylinder hole 211; and elastic members 24 and 25 which are provided between the piston 22 and the lid member 23. The elastic members 24 and 25 comprise a first elastic member 24 provided on the piston side 22 of the cylinder hole 211, and a second elastic member 25 provided on the lid member 23 side of the cylinder hole 211. The second elastic member 25 has a base portion 251 provided in line with the first elastic member 24, and a protruding portion 252 protruding from the piston 22-side end surface of the base portion 251. When the piston 22 has moved in the axial direction to the lid member 23-side, the protruding portion 25 touches the piston 22, undergoing compressive deformation, and the base portion 251 subsequently undergoes compressive deformation.
