Abstract:
A structure of a case body. The case body is made by preparing a non-woven fabric layer block by selecting a PET fiber or a PET fiber combined with a PP fiber as raw materials, and then performing baking and cold pressing molding. The case body consists of a left housing (10) and a right housing (20) that are assembled; the left housing (10) and the right housing (20) are separately manufactured and molded and then are assembled to form the case body in which an accommodation space is provided; the left housing (10) is divided into a left top wall (11), a left side wall (12), and a left bottom wall (13), wherein the left top wall (11), the left side wall (12), and the left bottom wall (13) are molded by continuously extending; the right housing (20) is divided into a right top wall (21), a right side wall (22), and a right bottom wall (23), wherein the right top wall (21), the right side wall (22), and the right bottom wall (23) are molded by continuously extending; the weight per unit area of the molded left top wall (11), right top wall (21), left bottom wall (13) and right bottom wall (23) is 1200-2000 g/m2; and the weight per unit area of the left side wall (12) and the right side wall (22) is 600-1200 g/m2.
