A structure (2, 2A-2P) according to the present disclosure comprises a base (10, 10A), an electrode layer, and a terminal. The base (10, 10A) is composed of a ceramic. The electrode layer (111, 111C, 111D, 111F, 111M, 111N, 111O) is positioned inside the base (10, 10A). The terminal (41, 41G, 41H, 41I, 41J, 41J, 41K, 41L) is electrically connected to the electrode layer (111, 111C, 111D, 111F, 111M, 111N, 111O) at the tip. Furthermore, the terminal (41, 41G, 41H, 41I, 41J, 41K, 41L) is in contact with the electrode layer (111, 111C, 111D, 111F, 111M, 111N, 111O) at the tip surface and side surfaces.
