Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a structure capable of preventing wrinkles from occurring in a nonwoven fabric without heating the nonwoven fabric during manufacturing. To provide a molded body in which a molding failure is not liable to occur and a method for manufacturing the same.
[Solution] The present invention provides a structure in which a resin molded body and a nonwoven fabric are integrally molded, wherein an average of loads at 30% elongation measured in two directions orthogonal to each other in the nonwoven fabric is 100 N or less. In addition, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a structure using a molding unit, the molding unit being provided with openable/closable first and second molds and a nonwoven fabric retention mechanism, the first mold having a protrusion part, the second mold having a recessed part accommodating the protrusion part, the method being provided with a molding step. In the molding step, a closing operation to move the first and second molds in a closing direction in a state in which a nonwoven fabric and a resin sheet are arranged between the first and second molds is performed to integrally mold the nonwoven fabric and the resin sheet. In the molding step, the nonwoven fabric is retained by the nonwoven fabric retention mechanism at a position outside the recessed part in a region in which the first and second molds face each other before the closing operation is completed, and the first and second molds are further moved in the closing direction in this state. Moreover, an aspect of the present invention provides a molded body, the molded body having substantially the same shape as a space defined by a pair of molds used during molding and being provided with a resin molded body and a skin member. The resin molded body is made of a foaming resin and provided with a bending part. Here, the thickness of the bending part is configured to be thinner than the thicknesses of parts other than the bending part of the resin molded body. The skin member is arranged on one side of the resin molded body that serves as a valley of the bending part.
