Abstract:
A structured catalyst capable of simultaneously reducing the emission of SOx and NOx, the catalyst comprising a structured carrier and an active component coating distributed on the inner surface and/or outer surface of the structured carrier, wherein by using the total weight the catalyst as a benchmark, the content of the active component coating is 1-50 wt%. The active component coating comprises a matrix and an active metal component, and by using the total weight the active component coating as a benchmark, the content of the matrix is 10-90 wt% and the content of the active metal component is 10-90 wt%, and the active metal component contains: 1) one or more 50-95 wt% metal components selected from the group consisting of rare earth and/or group IIA, based on oxide; 2) one or more 5-50wt% non-noble metal components selected from the group consisting of VB, VIIB, VIII, IB, and IIB, based on oxide; and 3) 0.01-2 wt% noble metal component, based on elements.
