Abstract:
The present invention relates to a substituted pyrimidopyridone inhibitor, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Specifically, the compound has a structure as shown in formula (I). Further disclosed are a method for preparing the compound and the use thereof as an SOS1 inhibitor. The compound has a good selective inhibitory effect on SOS1, and has good pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties and low toxic side effects.
