Abstract:
A sulfide inorganic solid electrolyte material that conducts lithium ions. The sulfide inorganic solid electrolyte material has a particulate morphology, and, when Dm (μm) is the mode diameter of a number-based particle size distribution for the sulfide inorganic solid electrolyte material found from a scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation image and D90 (μm) is the particle diameter at which the cumulative frequency of the number-based particle size distribution is 90%, the value of D90/Dm is 1.6–8.0.
