Abstract:
A sulfite drying system, comprising devices such as a fluidized bed (5), a dust collector (6), a heater (4), a screw feeder (3), a wet material feeder (2) and a wet material bin (1), as well as pipes connected among the devices. The upper part of the fluidized bed (5) is connected to an air inlet of the dust collector (6), and the bottom of the fluidized bed (5) is connected to an outlet pipe of the heater (4). The screw feeder (3) is connected at a position 2-5 m from the bottom of the fluidized bed (5), and the wet material feeder (2) is connected to the other end of the screw feeder (3). The wet material feeder (2) is mounted at the bottom of the wet material bin (1). The advantages are that the dry gas contains no oxygen, the product oxidization rate is low, and the target products have high purity; the recycling of the dry gas not only decreases the amount of SO2exhaust gas treatment, but also greatly reduces the consumption of nitrogen; moreover, compared with conventional cyclone dust collection, the bag type dust collector (6) has higher dust collection efficiency and reduces the comprehensive energy consumption of the target products by 1.5% to 5%.
