Abstract:
Disclosed are a sulfonic acid inner salt compound of amidine and a preparation method therefor. The product of a sulfonic acid inner salt of amidine is obtained and synthesized by adopting an o-aminobenzenesulfonyl chloride compound and an amide as reactants and stirring same for reaction. The synthesis method for a sulfonic acid inner salt compound of amidine disclosed by the present invention is easy to operate, and has mild reaction conditions, a relatively good yield and general applicability to various amides, needs no reaction solvent, and causes little environmental pollution; the adopted raw materials have extensive sources and are easy to obtain; the synthesis process is simple and controllable, and has strong actual operability; the reaction is good in atom economy, the only by-product is a hydrogen chloride gas which is easy to absorb or recycle; and the synthesis method is suitable for large, medium and small scale synthesis, and has a potential for industrial application.
