This invention discloses a series of sulfur- or oxygen-containing oxime ether compounds represented by the general formula (I), in which R, R,, X, n, Ar and F, are as defined in the specification, and their preparation methods. The compounds represented by the general formula (I) have excellent biological activity, especially for controlling insects pest such as in agriculture, horticulture, flower cultivation, and hygiene field. The compounds represented by the general formula (I) have quick and persistent insecticidal activity without harming the crops.
