Abstract:
This super-resolution measurement device comprises: a real optical system comprising a diffusion member for diffusing input light waves from an object under measurement and a partial transmission mask for partially transmitting the diffused input light waves; a sensor for measuring the intensity and phase of the input light waves that have passed through the partial transmission mask and outputting an optical complex-amplitude image; and a virtual optical system for generating an output image by using a computer to carry out computation processing that is for reproducing, from the optical complex-amplitude image, input light waves from the object under measurement that include a super resolution component, which is a component of a resolution exceeding the resolution of the sensor, and includes a phase conjugation function of the transmission function of the diffusion member.
