Abstract:
Provided is a superheated steam generating unit comprising: a generating unit for generating water vapor or atomized water; and a heating unit for heating the water vapor or atomized water emitted from the generating unit. The heating unit is equipped with: a tubular ceramic body having, on an inner side thereof, a space that serves as a flow path of the water vapor or atomized water; and a heating resistor embedded in the ceramic body.
