Abstract:
A supplying device for winding embroidery machine, comprises a rope conveying mechanism (1), a driving mechanism (2) for driving the rope conveying mechanism (1), a tension mechanism (3) for embroidery rope, a monitoring mechanism (4) for rope withdrawing and delivering, and a rope withdrawing and delivering mechanism (5). The tension mechanism (3) for embroidery rope comprises a swing bar (31) which is movably connected at its one end with a pin shaft (30) on a motor seat. A guiding wheel (34) is arranged at the other end of the swing bar (31). A reposition spring (32) is arranged on the swing bar (31) and close to the pin shaft (30), the other end of the reposition spring (32) is fixed on the motor seat. The monitoring mechanism (4) for rope withdrawing and delivering comprises a photocoupler assembly (41) for rope withdrawing, a photocoupler assembly (42) for rope delivering, and an encoder disk (40) on the side of the pin shaft (30). A gap area for light transmitting is arranged radially on the encoder disk (40). The photocoupler assembly (41) for rope withdrawing and the photocoupler assembly (42) for rope delivering are arranged on the motor seat, correspond to the gap area on the encoder disk (40) respectively, and connect to computer control system. The rope withdrawing and delivering mechanism (5) comprises a rope withdrawing and delivering motor (50), a driving wheel (51) for rope conveying arranged at the end of output axle of the motor (50), and a driven wheel (52) for rope conveying arranged at the side of the driving wheel (51). Due to the cooperation among the tension mechanism (3) for embroidery rope, the monitoring mechanism (4) for rope withdrawing and delivering and the rope withdrawing and delivering mechanism (5), the supplying device can avoid the occurrence of upper thread being pulled during embroidering, and can withdraw embroidery rope in time during complementary embroidering, and hence guarantees the quality of embroidery.
