Abstract:
Provided is a surface cleaning apparatus for machining a stainless-steel storage drum, comprising an upper treatment box body (1), a bottom support column (4), and a treatment structure; said treatment structure comprises a longitudinal movement structure, a polishing structure, a water flow rinsing structure, a fixing member (10), and a rotational structure; said fixing member (10) comprises a suction cup (18), a slide plate (400), a slide groove (20), a fixing plate (21), a clamping spring (22), a clamping plate (23), a bottom telescopic rod (24), an external soft sleeve (25), and a slide block (26); said polishing structure comprises an internal cylinder (16), a polishing fixing plate (17), and a polishing protrusion (27). By means of the polishing structure and the longitudinal movement structure, the apparatus is capable of adjusting the height of polishing and descending while polishing, making polishing more comprehensive; at the same time, the storage drum is clamped using the suction cup (18) and clamping plate (23), avoiding the shaking at the storage drum position due to the polishing process; furthermore, the apparatus is provided with a water flow rinsing structure, making it possible to remove waste residue from the storage drum, and has better cleaning performance.
