Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a surface-treated zinc-based plated steel sheet for which a surface treatment can be achieved within a shorter time compared with a bonderizing treatment and which has high galling resistance and lubricity and satisfactory processability. The present invention relates to a surface-treated zinc-based plated steel sheet which comprises a steel sheet, a zinc-based plating layer, and a phosphate salt coating film arranged so as to contact with the surface of the zinc-based plating layer and containing phosphate salt crystals. The layer thickness (M) of the zinc-based plating layer is 0.05 to 1.5 μm inclusive, the amount (H) of the phosphate salt crystals attached is 0.5 g/m2 to 3.5 g/m2 inclusive, and the ratio (H/M) of the amount (H) of the phosphate salt crystals attached to the layer thickness (M) of the zinc-based plating layer is 4.0 to 12.0 inclusive.
