Abstract:

A surveillance system according to the present disclosure is provided with: an optical fiber (10) provided in a surveillance area; an authentication unit (20) for authenticating a person or a car which passes a gate (G) to enter the surveillance area; an optical fiber sensing unit (31) for acquiring, on the basis of an optical signal received from the optical fiber (10), a parameter having a unique pattern according to a behavior pattern of the authenticated person or car; and an analysis unit (32) for specifying, on the basis of the unique pattern of the parameter, the behavior pattern of the authenticated person or car.
