Abstract:
Disclosed is a swimming board, comprising a floating body part (1) suitable for a human body to lie prone, a movable pad (18), the movable pad (18) being slidably connected to the floating body part (1), and further comprising a movable assembly (19) connected between the floating body part (1) and the movable pad (18). The movable pad (18) can be free to slide on a surface of the floating body part (1) by means of the movable assembly (19). The movable assembly (19) is a cross slide rail or the movable assembly (19) is formed by connecting two linear guide rails in a cross fashion. The surface of the movable pad (18) is provided with a soft contact layer (28), and the movable pad (18) further comprises a chest pad (22) and an abdomen pad (23) that come into contact with the chest and the abdomen of the human body respectively. The chest pad (22) and the abdomen pad (23) can move along with the movement of the human body, reducing the friction between the human body and the swimming board.
