Abstract:
The present application discloses a switching transistor, comprising an insulator, a first electrical conductor, and a second electrical conductor. The first electrical conductor and the second electrical conductor are respectively disposed at two ends of the insulator, and form a closed cavity together with the insulator. An elastic member and a metal member are disposed in the closed cavity, and the metal member can be driven by an external magnetic field. The motion of an execution system of the switching transistor is driven by an external permanent magnet or electromagnet so as to connect or disconnect an internal moving contact. Internal and external moving members are not in direct contact, and components have no elastic deformation and do not suffer from elastic fatigue, thus providing a long mechanical life and good reliability.
