Abstract:
In the present invention, a synchronization message transmission device transmits a synchronization message including time information, and is provided with the following: a synchronization message generation unit that generates the synchronization message; a general message generation unit that generates a general message other than the synchronization message; and a transmission unit that transmits the synchronization message and the general message. The synchronization message generation unit is provided at a lower level than the general message generation unit.
