Abstract:
A synchronous rotation mechanism for a needle bar of a sewing machine, comprising a needle bar (2) arranged on an upper enclosure (1) and used for inserting and mounting a sewing needle and a needle bar motor (3) for driving the needle bar (2) to rotate. A rotating seat (4) is arranged in a penetrating way and is connected to the upper end of the needle bar (2); first bearings (5) for clamping the needle bar (2) are arranged on the rotating seat (4); the needle bar (2) and the first bearings (5) form rolling friction during up-and-down motion; the rotating seat (4) and a needle bar upper sleeve (7) are fixedly connected; the needle bar upper sleeve (7) is arranged on the upper enclosure (1) through a second bearing (6)in an assembling manner; the rotating seat (4) and the needle bar motor (3) are in driving connection, or the rotating seat (4) is arranged on the needle bar upper sleeve (7) through the second bearing (6) in an assembling manner; the needle bar upper sleeve (7) and the upper enclosure (1) are fixedly connected together; and the rotating seat (4) and the needle bar motor (3) are in driving connection. By using two bearings to clamp a needle bar, the mechanism guarantees zero clearance of driving; and sliding friction is improved into rolling friction, such that the friction force is reduced, and the concentricity of rotating parts and the needle bar is guaranteed. The synchronous rotation mechanism has a simple structure and an ingenious and reasonable design, can improve the appearance and the sewing quality of products, and improve the qualified rate of the products.
