Abstract:
Disclosed is a synthesis of a Helicobacter pylori O2 serotype O-antigen oligosaccharide compound, which belongs to the field of organic synthesis. The invention obtains, through chemical synthesis, Helicobacter pylori O2 serotype O-antigen compounds with disaccharide fragment units, in which the disaccharide fragment units can range from one to twelve. In the present invention, a chemical synthesis method highly effective for the generation of a glucose α glycosidic bond is developed by utilizing a protecting agent strategy, a temperature effect, a solvent effect and an additive effect. The method is used for synthesizing a Helicobacter pylori O2 serotype O-antigen oligosaccharide compound assembled with an amino linking arm. The synthesized Helicobacter pylori O2 serotype O-antigen oligosaccharide compound assembled with an amino linking arm can be coupled to a carrier protein to produce a glycoconjugate for use in immunological research, which is important for the prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori.
