Abstract:
The invention discloses a system for automatically attaching a carry bag handle. The system comprises: an adhesive dispensing device, a cutting device, a carry bag conveying mechanism, a retractable handle suction head, a retractable bag opening suction nozzle, a negative pressure device, and a collection device. The adhesive dispensing device applies an adhesive to a wrist strip. The cutting device cuts the wrist strip into individual handles. The carry bag conveying mechanism positions and conveys semi-finished bag products. The negative pressure device cooperates with the retractable handle suction head. Upper and lower surfaces of the retractable handle suction head pick a single handle up, and the same is delivered to a semi-finished bag product by a cam track for attachment. The retractable bag opening suction nozzle opens a bag and performs an attaching operation. The collection device automatically collects the finished bag product. The invention solves the problem in which manual labor is required for attaching handles after operation of a semi-automatic carry bag machine, and has higher manufacturing efficiency.
