Title:
SYSTEM FOR CENTRALIZED PROCESSING OF FOOD WASTE GENERATING SOURCE INTO RESOURCE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/039622
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for centralized processing of a food waste generating source into a resource. More particularly, the present invention relates to a system for centralized processing of a food waste generating source into a resource, the system comprising: a transfer device configured to communicate with a sink drain and to cut/pulverize food waste introduced through the sink drain; a solid/liquid separating weight-reducing device connected to the transfer device by a sewage line so as to separate solid materials and moisture from food waste introduced from the transfer device and to discharge the same; a storage portion and a fermentation/eradication portion capable of drying solid materials discharged from the solid/liquid separating weight-reducing device, converting the same into resources by a fermentation/eradication device, and storing the resulting raw material; a filtering chamber into which separated moisture is introduced from the solid/liquid separating weight-reducing device, the filtering chamber filtering the introduced moisture and thereby obtaining treated water; and a drain chamber for receiving the filtered treated water from the filtering chamber and releasing the same to a sewer. Accordingly, food waste discharged from a house, a soup kitchen, a restaurant, or the like is cut/pulverized by the food waste transfer device. The pulverized food waste is separated into solid materials and moisture. The separated solid materials are dried by using heat generated by supplying oxygen to aerobic microorganisms, turned into resources by the fermentation/eradication device, and collected as raw materials. The same are collected as resources/raw materials that can be recycled as deodorized manure, animal feed, or the like. The separated moisture is filtered and released to the sewer. Therefore, the system advantageously makes it unnecessary to collect and process food waste as a whole.
