Abstract:
The present invention reduces the load on care staff by preventing unnecessary notifications. A system 1 displays, on an information manager terminal 30 of an information manager 90, event information including the type of an event and identification information that specifies a care receiver 70 who caused the event, and a captured image associated with the event, and accepts instructions. Additionally, the instructions accepted by the information manager terminal 30 are received with a care staff terminal 40 of a care staff member 80.
