Abstract:
The results of product inspection of each inspection item and the inspection frequency are inputted to a product inspection result inputting device (1). Through an inspection item master (2a) and an inspection frequency master (2b) of a quality standard managing part (2), inspection items are selected, whether or not the product inspection results necessary for each inspection item are inputted is judged, and past product inspection results are selected. The product inspection results of a product of a different lot measured in the past as lacking data for each inspection item lacking in an inspection record according to the inspection item requirements of the inspection record are referred to. The product inspection results inputted through the product inspection result inputting device (1) and the product inspection results of the product of the different lot are compared with the product standards and tolerances for each inspection item of a product for each customer stored in the inspection item master (2a). Thus oveall judgment on whether the product standards are acceptable or not is made.
