Disclosed are a system and a method for calculating labor cost by construction material, the present invention statistically processing and categorizing material and labor cost in a construction statement, analyzing the statistically processed construction statement to configure calculation conditions necessary for calculating predicted labor cost, and, using the calculation conditions, calculating predicted labor cost from the entries of provisional construction material estimates.
