Abstract:
Disclosed is a system and method for controlling a foreign financial transaction, wherein, when a user inputs a second password while using an ATM under threat by a criminal in a foreign country, location information relating to the ATM is acquired through a third information manager while the financial transaction is executed with a foreign financial server, and the ATM financial crime is then reported to the foreign local police, so that the foreign local police can move to the spot and arrest the criminal.
