Abstract:
A device (1) for joining a first component (A1) to be welded to a second component (A2) to be welded, the joining device (1) comprising at least one electrically conductive, resistive heating film (2) which comprises a central connection portion (21) and two lateral electrical connection portions (22). The joining device (1) comprises at least one first electrical insulation member (3A) which is positioned in contact with the first face (FA) of the heating film (2), and at least one second electrical insulation member (3B) which is positioned in contact with the second face (FB) of the heating film (2), the two electrical insulation members (3A, 3B) being configured to allow the transfer of heat and to prevent the flow of electric current between the heating film (2) and each component (A1, A2) to be welded.
