Abstract:
In order to solve the problem in the prior art of unstable demolding caused by determining a demolding force by experience, the present invention provides a system and method for measuring a demolding force during polymer injection molding, and an application. The system comprises a mold for preparing an injection-molded sample, wherein the mold comprises a fixed mold and a molding core that are used for molding, and an ejector rod assembly used for ejecting the injection-molded sample out; the system further comprises a measurement assembly that is provided on the mold and used for measuring a demolding force of the ejector rod assembly when ejecting the injection molded sample out. The present invention provides objective data for the setting of the demolding force, so that the production efficiency and the product quality are improved.
