Abstract:
Proposed are a system and a method for monitoring an activity amount that enables a guardian to monitor the activity amount of a subject in time slots for which the guardian cannot directly observe the subject. The proposed system comprises: an activity amount tracker, worn on a subject, for tracking an activity amount of the subject per unit time; a guardian terminal for transmitting activity amount tracking information of the subject from the activity amount tracker to a management server and receiving result information from the management server; and the management server for analyzing the activity amount of the subject on the basis of the activity amount tracking information, generating the result information, and sending the result information to the guardian terminal.
