Abstract:
Provided are a system and method for performing grid measurement on gaseous components in flue gas. The system comprises flue gas sampling probes (2), dust removal apparatuses (4), water removal apparatuses (5), signal analysis modules (8) and data transmission modules (9), wherein each of the flue gas sampling probes (2) is composed of a plurality of flue gas sampling tubes arranged in a flue according to a grid method; an outlet of each flue gas sampling tube is connected to an inlet of each of the dust removal apparatuses (4), and an outlet of each of the dust removal apparatuses (4) is connected to each of the water removal apparatuses (5); an outlet of each of the water removal apparatuses (5) is connected to each of the signal analysis modules (8) via a flow meter (7) and a gas extraction pump (6); each of the signal analysis modules (8) is connected to each of the data transmission modules (9); and the data transmission modules (9) transmit signals to a computer or a mobile phone. The grid method is used for performing multi-point collection and analysis on flue gas compositions, and after dust removal and water removal are performed on flue gas, the flue gas is fed into a sensor to analyze the gaseous components in the flue gas, such that real-time measurement of the gaseous components of the whole flue section is achieved; the problem of data lagging is avoided; the requirements for optimization tests and performance assessment tests can be met; and the system can also be used for correcting an online measuring instrument and for adjusting the positions of measurement points.
