Abstract:
A system for smelting a tin-containing material, comprising a pretreatment mechanism, a screening mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a smelting mechanism, a slag treatment mechanism and a tail gas treatment mechanism. Further disclosed in the present application is a method for smelting using the system for smelting a tin-containing material. According to the present application, tin-containing dry materials can be screened, tin-containing materials with a large granularity can be directly conveyed, by means of a belt, into a molten pool of a top-blown furnace for smelting, whereas tin-containing materials with a small granularity are sprayed into the molten pool through a top-blown spray gun, so that the splashing or material leakage loss of the tin-containing materials with a small granularity during the transferring process can be reduced, and mechanical inclusion or flying loss caused by feeding at the furnace roof of the top-blown furnace from the belt can be avoided; moreover, water is prevented from being added to the fine-grain dry materials before the fine-grain dry materials are fed into the furnace, so that the energy consumption of smelting and the amount of smelting flue gas are reduced, and greener, more environmentally friendly and more energy-saving smelting is realized.
