Abstract:
A system to manage leads for multiple domains is disclosed. The system includes a database updating module, which stores a database corresponding to the one or more users and the at least one representative registered by the service registration module and also enables updating the database with one or more additional set of respective personal data. The system includes a database access module, which facilitates access for the one or more users to the database corresponding to the at least one representative and also facilitates access for the at least one representative to the database corresponding to the one or more users for each of the multiple domains. The system includes a database modification module, which enables the representative associated with each of the multiple domains to modify the database in accordance to multiple factors. The system enables classification into interested leads, non-interested leads and the like.

WE CLAIM:

1. A system (10) to manage leads (70) for a plurality of domains (60), comprising: one or more processors; a service registration module (20) operable by the one or more processors, wherein the service registration module (20) is configured to: register one or more users with a set of respective personal data; and register at least one representative associated respectively with each of the plurality of domains; a database updating module (30) operable by the one or more processors, wherein the database updating module (30) is configured to: store a database corresponding to the one or more users and the at least one representative registered by the service registration module (20); and update the database with one or more additional set of respective personal data corresponding to each of the one or more users and corresponding to the at least one representative; a database access module (40) operable by the one or more processors, wherein the database access module (40) is configured to facilitate access for the one or more users to the database corresponding to the at least one representative and facilitate access for the at least one representative to the database corresponding to the one or more users for each of the plurality of domains; and a database modification module (50) operable by the one or more processors, wherein the database modification module (50) is configured to enable the representative associated with each of the plurality of domain to modify the database in accordance to a plurality of factors.

2. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, comprising a domain matching module operable by the one or more processors, wherein the domain matching module is configured to match each of the plurality of domains of the one or more users with the at least one representative from a respective domain.

3. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of factors comprises classifying the stored database of the one or more users in a green zone, an amber zone and a red zone.

4. The system (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the one or more users is enabled to delete and hide the set of respective personal data as stored in the database.

5. A method (150) for managing leads for a plurality of domains, comprising: registering, by a service registration module, one or more users with a set of respective personal data (160); registering, by the service registration module, at least one representative associated respectively with each of the plurality of domains (170); storing, by a database updating module, a database corresponding to the one or more users and the at least one representative registered by the service registration module (180); updating, by the database updating module, the database with one or more additional set of respective personal data corresponding to each of the one or more users and corresponding to the at least one representative (190); facilitating, by a database access module, access for the one or more users to the database corresponding to the at least one representative (200); facilitating, by the database access module, access for the at least one representative to the database corresponding to the one or more users for each of the plurality of domains (210); and enabling, by a database modification module, the representative associated with each of the plurality of domain to modify the database in accordance to a plurality of factors (220).

6. The method (150) as claimed in claim 5, comprising matching, by a domain matching module, each of the plurality of domains of the one or more users with the at least one representative from a respective domain.

7. The method (150) as claimed in claim 5, wherein enabling, by the database modification module, modifying the database in accordance to a plurality of factors comprising a green zone, an amber zone and a red zone.

8. The method (150) as claimed in claim 5, wherein updating, by the database updating module, the database comprising deleting and hiding the set of respective personal data as stored in the database.

Description:
SYSTEM AND METHOD TO MANAGE LEADS

This International Application claims priority from a complete patent application filed in India having patent application number 202011010772, filed on March 13, 2020 and titled “SYSTEM AND METHOD TO MANAGE LEADS”.

FIELD OF INVENTION

Embodiments of a present disclosure relates to a system for enhancing consumer management, and more particularly to all in one system platform for managing leads for multiple domains and a method to operate the same.

BACKGROUND

Every individual company or organization for business has to generate leads. Major work is to identify individual or business consumers that may be interested in buying products or services. Here, following up with any consumer also becomes an important job for business growth. Further, manual process of identifying and following up is a time taking process.

Currently, few companies with large manpower maintain their own database of leads. Such companies for business growth don’t share lead information to any small-scale company or competitor. Most efficient approach would be to provide a single-click platform for managing leads with complete database information of leads corresponding to multiple domains. Thus, equal opportunity may be provided to every type of industry.

Here, single big database may be easily be classified into interested leads as well as non-interested leads. Effective aspect would also be to provide complete privacy for leads information to avoid any illegal use.

Hence, there is a need for an improved system for managing leads for a plurality of domains and a method to operate the same and therefore address the aforementioned rssues. BRIEF DESCRIPTION

In accordance with one embodiment of the disclosure, a system to manage leads for a plurality of domains is disclosed. The system comprises one or more processors. The system also includes a service registration module operable by the one or more processors. The service registration module is configured to register one or more users with a set of respective personal data. The service registration module is also configured to register at least one representative associated respectively with each of the plurality of domains.

The system also includes a database updating module operable by the one or more processors. The database updating module is configured to store a database corresponding to the one or more users and the at least one representative registered by the service registration module. The database updating module is also configured to store update the database with one or more additional set of respective personal data corresponding to each of the one or more users and corresponding to the at least one representative.

The system also includes a database access module operable by the one or more processors. The database access module is configured to facilitate access for the one or more users to the database corresponding to the at least one representative and facilitate access for the at least one representative to the database corresponding to the one or more users for each of the plurality of domains.

The system also includes a database modification module operable by the one or more processors. The database modification module is configured to enable the representative associated with each of the plurality of domains to modify the database in accordance to a plurality of factors.

In accordance with one embodiment of the disclosure, a method for managing leads for a plurality of domain is disclosed. The method includes registering one or more users with a set of respective personal data. The method also includes registering at least one representative associated respectively with each of the plurality of domains.

The method also includes storing database corresponding to the one or more users and the at least one representative registered by the service registration module. The method also includes updating the database with one or more additional set of respective personal data corresponding to each of the one or more users and corresponding to the at least one representative. The method also includes facilitating access for the one or more users to the database corresponding to the at least one representative.

The method also includes facilitating access for the at least one representative to the database corresponding to the one or more users for each of the plurality of domains. The method also includes enabling the representative associated with each of the plurality of domain to modify the database in accordance to a plurality of factors. To further clarify the advantages and features of the present disclosure, a more particular description of the disclosure will follow by reference to specific embodiments thereof, which are illustrated in the appended figures. It is to be appreciated that these figures depict only typical embodiments of the disclosure and are therefore not to be considered limiting in scope. The disclosure will be described and explained with additional specificity and detail with the appended figures.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

For the purpose of promoting an understanding of the principles of the disclosure, reference will now be made to the embodiment illustrated in the figures and specific language will be used to describe them. It will nevertheless be understood that no limitation of the scope of the disclosure is thereby intended. Such alterations and further modifications in the illustrated online platform, and such further applications of the principles of the disclosure as would normally occur to those skilled in the art are to be construed as being within the scope of the present disclosure.

In the following specification and the claims, reference will be made to a number of terms, which shall be defined to have the following meanings. The singular forms “a”, “an”, and “the” include plural references unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a system to manage leads for multiple domains. The system comprises one or more processors. The system also includes a service registration module operable by the one or more processors. The service registration module registers one or more users with a set of respective personal data. The service registration module also registers at least one representative associated respectively with each of the multiple domains.

The system also includes a database updating module operable by the one or more processors. The database updating module stores a database corresponding to the one or more users and the at least one representative registered by the service registration module. The database updating module also enables updating the database with one or more additional set of respective personal data corresponding to each of the one or more users and corresponding to the at least one representative.

The system also includes a database access module operable by the one or more processors. The database access module facilitates access for the one or more users to the database corresponding to the at least one representative and also facilitates access for the at least one representative to the database corresponding to the one or more users for each of the multiple domains.

The system also includes a database modification module operable by the one or more processors. The database modification module enables the representative associated with each of the multiple domains to modify the database in accordance to multiple factors.

FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of a system (10) to manage leads (70) for a plurality of domains (60) in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. As used herein, the term “lead” refers to an individual or organization with an interest in what is being sold out. In one embodiment, multiple domains refer to areas of business such as job service provider, banking insurance provider, loan provider, insurance provider, event management provider and the like. In a particular embodiment, the system (10) provides a one-click lead management system (15) for leads (70) to get in touch with multiple domain (60) contact person for service. The system (10) maintains a central database (80) for service.

FIG. 2 is a block diagram representation of a system (10) to manage leads for a plurality of domains in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. Here, the system (10) includes a one-click lead management system (15) for proper interaction. The one-click lead management system (15) comprises all corresponding modules for interaction functioning. The system (10) comprises one or more processors. The system (10) also includes a service registration module (20) operable by the one or more processors. The service registration module (20) registers one or more users with a set of respective personal data.

Here, in one embodiment, the one or more users may be referred to an individual seeking a particular service in a particular area of business. In such embodiment, the set of respective personal data includes name, email address, phone number, contact address, service required details and the like.

The service registration module (20) also registers at least one representative associated respectively with each of multiple domains. Here, in one embodiment, the representative associated refers to an agent linked with business domain company. In such embodiment, any domain may have a number of linked companies associated. Here, every company may have a registered representative on the system (10).

The system (10) also includes a database updating module (30) operable by the one or more processors. The database updating module (30) stores a database corresponding to the one or more users and the at least one representative registered by the service registration module (20). In one embodiment, the database corresponding to the one or more users may be stored on a local storage or a remote storage.

The database updating module (30) also enables updating the database with one or more additional set of respective personal data corresponding to each of the one or more users and corresponding to the at least one representative. In one embodiment, the one or more additional set of respective personal data involves any regular update of personal data information. In such embodiment, the one or more users is enabled to delete and hide the set of respective personal data as stored in the database. In another embodiment, the at least one representative may also update information in accordance to need.

The system (10) also includes a database access module (40) operable by the one or more processors. The database access module (40) facilitates access for the one or more users to the database corresponding to the at least one representative. In such embodiment, such access may be necessary for the one or more users to locate at least one representative from a domain representative.

The database access module (40) also facilitates access for the at least one representative to the database corresponding to the one or more users for each of the multiple domains. In one embodiment, such access providing is necessary to connect at least one representative with appropriate users.

The system (10) also includes a database modification module (50) operable by the one or more processors. The database modification module (50) enables the representative associated with each of the multiple domains to modify the database in accordance to multiple factors. In one embodiment, the one or more users may be able to modify their own classification via the database modification module (50). In one embodiment, the multiple factors include classifying the stored database of the one or more users in a green zone, an amber zone and a red zone.

In one embodiment, the green zone refers to the one or more users who are actively looking for such service. In another embodiment, the red zone refers to the one or more users who are not interested in services. In yet another embodiment, the amber zone refers to the one or more users who have expressed interest via accessing the system (10) via a different interfacing system.

The system (10) also includes a domain matching module operable by the one or more processors. The domain matching module matches each of the multiple domains of the one or more users with the at least one representative from a respective domain. In one embodiment, such matching is necessary for connecting specific domain representative with users of that domain requirement. FIG. 3 is a schematic representation of an embodiment representing of the system (10) to manage leads for a plurality of domains of FIG. 1 in accordance of an embodiment of the present disclosure. In one exemplary situation, a group of user Y (75) first registers on the system (10). Simultaneously, an insurance company X (65) registers in the system (10) via an agent.

During registration via a service registration module (20), each individual of the group of user Y (75) provides an electronic mail address, name, contact address and the like. Further, each individual of the group of user Y (75) provides the specific domain of service they are considering for. Specific documents related to banking may be uploaded via the service registration module (20). The agent of the insurance company X (65) registers via the service registration module (20). In such exemplary situation, the agent of the insurance company X (65) gives domain details of the insurance company.

Furthermore, each of the group of users Y (75) may update the information entered previously via a database updating module (30). Here, updating also involves deleting and hiding of information. The database updating module (30) also enables storing of developed database (85) of details corresponding to various users and agents.

In the above stated exemplary embodiment, a database access module (40) facilitates users within the group of user Y (75) looking for insurance service to connect with the agent of the insurance company X (65). Similarly, the agent of the insurance company X (65) may connect with individual looking for insurance via the database access module (40). A specific domain matching module (90) enables the system (10) to match domains for each of the individuals of the group of user Y (75) and the agent of the insurance company X (65) and showcase each other.

Here, in above stated exemplary embodiment, the agent of the insurance company X (65) after getting user database details may be able to contact individually to every interested party. After contact, a database modification module (50) enables classification of stored database of the group of user X (65) in a green zone, an amber zone and a red zone.

For example, the agent of the company X (65) finds one individual within the group of user Y (75) as interested party. The agent in case classifies the individual under green zone. In another exemplary situation, the agent of the company X (65) may find an individual within the group of user Y (75) as not interested in insurance products. The agent may classify the person under red zone.

The service registration module (20), the database updating module (30), the database access module (40), the database modification module (50) in FIG. 3 is substantially equivalent to the service registration module (20), the database updating module (30), the database access module (40), the database modification module (50) of FIG. 2.

FIG. 4 is a block diagram of a computer or a server (110) in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The server (110) includes processor(s) (140), and memory (120) coupled to the processor(s) (140).

The processor(s) (140), as used herein, means any type of computational circuit, such as, but not limited to, a microprocessor, a microcontroller, a complex instruction set computing microprocessor, a reduced instruction set computing microprocessor, a very long instruction word microprocessor, an explicitly parallel instruction computing microprocessor, a digital signal processor, or any other type of processing circuit, or a combination thereof.

The memory (120) includes a plurality of modules stored in the form of executable program which instructs the processor (140) via a bus (130) to perform the method steps illustrated in Fig 1. The memory (120) has following modules: the service registration module (20), the database updating module (30), the database access module (40), the database modification module (50)

The service registration module (20) registers one or more users with a set of respective personal data. The service registration module (20) also registers at least one representative associated respectively with each of the multiple domains.

The database updating module (30) stores a database corresponding to the one or more users and the at least one representative registered by the service registration module. The database updating module (30) also enables updating the database with one or more additional set of respective personal data corresponding to each of the one or more users and corresponding to the at least one representative. The database access module (40) facilitates access for the one or more users to the database corresponding to the at least one representative and also facilitates access for the at least one representative to the database corresponding to the one or more users for each of the multiple domains.

The database modification module (50) enables the representative associated with each of the multiple domains to modify the database in accordance to multiple factors.

Computer memory elements may include any suitable memory device(s) for storing data and executable program, such as read only memory, random access memory, erasable programmable read only memory, electrically erasable programmable read only memory, hard drive, removable media drive for handling memory cards and the like. Embodiments of the present subject matter may be implemented in conjunction with program modules, including functions, procedures, data structures, and application programs, for performing tasks, or defining abstract data types or low-level hardware contexts. Executable program stored on any of the above-mentioned storage media may be executable by the processor(s) (140).

FIG. 5 is a flowchart representing the steps of a method for managing leads for a plurality of domains (150) in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method (150) includes registering one or more users with a set of respective personal data in step 160. In one embodiment, registering the one or more users with the set of respective personal data includes registering the one or more users with the set of respective personal data by a service registration module.

The method (150) also includes registering at least one representative associated respectively with each of the plurality of domains in step 170. In one embodiment, registering the at least one representative associated respectively with each of the plurality of domains includes registering the at least one representative associated respectively with each of the plurality of domains by the service registration module.

The method (150) also includes storing database corresponding to the one or more users and the at least one representative registered by the service registration module in step 180. In one embodiment, storing the database corresponding to the one or more users and the at least one representative registered by the service registration module includes storing the database corresponding to the one or more users and the at least one representative by a database updating module.

The method (150) also includes updating the database with one or more additional set of respective personal data corresponding to each of the one or more users and corresponding to the at least one representative in step 190. In one embodiment, updating the database with the one or more additional set of respective personal data corresponding to each of the one or more users and corresponding to the at least one representative includes updating the database with the one or more additional set of respective personal data corresponding to each of the one or more users and corresponding to the at least one representative by the database updating module.

In another embodiment, updating the database with the one or more additional set of respective personal data corresponding to each of the one or more users and corresponding to the at least one representative includes updating the database comprising deleting and hiding the set of respective personal data as stored in the database.

The method (180) also includes facilitating access for the one or more users to the database corresponding to the at least one representative in step 200. In one embodiment, facilitating access for the one or more users to the database corresponding to the at least one representative includes facilitating access for the one or more users to the database corresponding to the at least one representative by a database access module.

The method (150) also includes facilitating access for the at least one representative to the database corresponding to the one or more users for each of the plurality of domains in step 210. In one embodiment, facilitating access for the at least one representative to the database corresponding to the one or more users for each of the plurality of domains includes facilitating access for the at least one representative to the database corresponding to the one or more users for each of the plurality of domains by the database access module.

The method (150) also includes enabling the representative associated with each of the plurality of domain to modify the database in accordance to a plurality of factors in step 220. In one embodiment, enabling the representative associated with each of the plurality of domain to modify the database in accordance to a plurality of factors includes enabling the representative associated with each of the plurality of domain to modify the database in accordance to a plurality of factors by a database modification module.

In another embodiment, enabling the representative associated with each of the plurality of domain to modify the database in accordance to a plurality of factors includes enabling modifying the database in accordance to a plurality of factors comprising a green zone, an amber zone and a red zone.

The method (150) also includes matching each of the plurality of domains of the one or more users with the at least one representative from a respective domain. In one embodiment, matching each of the plurality of domains of the one or more users with the at least one representative from a respective domain includes matching each of the plurality of domains of the one or more users with the at least one representative from a respective domain by a domain matching module.

Present disclosure provides all in one system platform for managing leads for multiple domains. The system enables a centralized database for storing leads information. Here, any representative whether from small company or big company may register to access data and contact users for business growth. The system enables classification into interested leads, non-interested leads and the like.

Further, illegal use of leads or user’s information is controlled by providing a hiding option within the system. The system may be easily be used in travel domain service, job portal service, banking service loan provider, insurance provider, event management provider and the like.

While specific language has been used to describe the disclosure, any limitations arising on account of the same are not intended. As would be apparent to a person skilled in the art, various working modifications may be made to the method in order to implement the inventive concept as taught herein.

The figures and the foregoing description give examples of embodiments. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that one or more of the described elements may well be combined into a single functional element. Alternatively, certain elements may be split into multiple functional elements. Elements from one embodiment may be added to another embodiment. For example, order of processes described herein may be changed and are not limited to the manner described herein. Moreover, the actions of any flow diagram need not be implemented in the order shown; nor do all of the acts need to be necessarily performed. Also, those acts that are not dependant on other acts may be performed in parallel with the other acts. The scope of embodiments is by no means limited by these specific examples.
