Abstract:

The present invention relates to a system for monitoring the loss of fishing equipment and a method thereof, in which, without having to additionally install a separate sensor or electronic circuit, a stolen or lost state of fishing equipment such as a buoy and fishing gear, etc. may be efficiently determined by using a communication function with a sensor mounted in the buoy and a data collection and analysis function of a management ship, and, in a radio shadow area, communication connectivity may be guaranteed by forming a communication channel with the buoy, a fishing vessel and the management ship through a private LoRa network.
