The present invention relates to a system for a pitcher role of a baseball game and simulation, comprising: a display unit worn by a first experiencer and displaying a first virtual image for a baseball game to the first experiencer; a pitching sensing unit for sensing a pitching action of the first experiencer holding a baseball; a trajectory calculation unit for calculating a virtual trajectory of the baseball pitched according to the pitching action of the first experiencer on the basis of the sensing information sensed by the pitching sensing unit; and an image processing unit for providing the first virtual image to the display unit, wherein information on the virtual trajectory of the baseball, calculated by the trajectory calculation unit, is included in the first virtual image. The system for a pitcher role of a baseball game and simulation, according to the present invention, senses a pitching action of an experiencer by a pitching sensing unit, and calculates a virtual trajectory of a baseball according to the sensed pitching action so as to apply the calculated virtual trajectory to a baseball game, thereby enabling a more accurate and realistic baseball game to be experienced.
