Abstract:
The present invention relates to the prevention of electric disasters by measuring and analyzing power loss in a railroad track and characteristics such as resistance in the railroad track, and detecting signs of abnormalities in a power grid in advance. The present invention uses communication technology such as IoT technology in order to detect signs of abnormalities for fires that can occur in an electric distribution network, and constantly measures physical quantities of the railroad track at the feed end and load end in a live state to indirectly measure the power that is lost along the railroad track and the railroad track resistance causing the same, and thereby detects defects in the railroad track to find signs of fire.
