Abstract:
Provided by the present invention are a system and process for pretreating sugarcane juice before membrane filtration. The system comprises the following systems connected in sequence: a sugarcane juice extraction and preliminary impurity removal system, a sugarcane juice heating and bacteriostasis and floating impurity removal system, a sugarcane juice fine powder removal system, and a heating and impurity removal system before the membrane filtration of sugarcane juice. The present invention employs a purely physical method to successively perform multiple stages of pretreating, such as preliminary impurity removal, heating and bacteriostasis and floating impurity removal, fine powder removal, and heating and impurity removal before membrane filtration, on initial-pressed sugarcane juice extracted from a sugarcane juice tank below a first-stage squeezer of a sugar factory. Thus, impurities and bacteria in the sugarcane juice may be removed before the sugarcane juice undergoes membrane filtration. While ensuring the quality and taste of the cane juice, the three-stage membrane filtration system at the rear stage of a pure sugarcane plant cell water beverage production line is able to continue to operate normally without greatly reducing the membrane flux to cause the frequent blockage of a membrane device. The present invention may further enable the octacosanol in the sugarcane to be fully separated into the sugarcane juice, so that subsequent products may completely retain the precious nutrients in the sugarcane.
