Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and process for strengthening ethylene polymerization. The system comprises: a feeding unit; a reaction unit connected to the feeding unit; a micro-interface generator provided in the feeding unit; and a discharging unit connected to the reaction unit. According to the present invention, ethylene is crushed to form micron-sized bubbles of micro-meter scale, so that the micron-sized bubbles of ethylene are mixed with a solvent to form a gas-liquid emulsion, the thickness of a liquid film is reduced, and mass transfer resistance is reduced; an initiator is crushed to form micron-sized bubbles of micro-meter scale, so that the micron-sized bubbles of the initiator are mixed with the gas-liquid emulsion to form a mixed material, thereby achieving an effect of enhancing mass transfer within a lower preset operation condition range; meanwhile, the micron-sized bubbles all can be fully mixed with the solvent to form the gas-liquid emulsion; by fully mixing gas and liquid phases, it can be ensured that the ethylene in the system and the initiator can be in full contact with the solvent, and the polymerization efficiency of the system is further improved.
