Abstract:
This invention relates to a system (1) realized for military areas and used in firing operations. In the system (1) control unit (3), control board (4) and central board (5) exchange data instantly with each other and thus provides field monitoring and controlling facility. The priority in the system (1) is safety and in case of any negative condition or complex case, safety scenario is started automatically. Operation of monitoring is made by control unit (3) and firing command is transmitted to central board (5) by control board (4). Central board (5) processes required command and transfers it to field, that is, firing mechanism (2). Mechanism such as missile, heavy weapon and similar ones can be fired by energy coming from firing mechanism (2).

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A system (1) realized for military areas and for use in firing operations, characterized in comprising

❖ Remote controllable firing mechanism (2) for ballistic missile, heavy weapons and similar types and used for firing operations,

❖ Control unit (3) monitoring environment, line and all system (1) preparing firing parameters and conducting adjustments,

❖ Control board (4) giving electrical commanding for initiation or stopping of firing operation in line with data received from control unit (3) and

❖ Central board (5) performing firing and energizing operations as result of electrical command received from control board (4) and thereupon providing starting or stopping of firing mechanism (2).

2. The system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in comprising a control board (4) comprising;

❖ Primary safety switch (41) providing going from safe status to measurement or firing status or from these status to safety status,

❖ Firing button (42) providing remote realization of firing operations and

❖ Cancel button (43) used for immediate stopping of all operations.

3. The system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in comprising a central board (5) comprising;

❖ Secondary safety switch (51) providing going from safe status to measurement or firing status or from these status to safety status,

❖ Pacco switches (52) conducting voltages adjustments to generate energy required for firing, ❖ Central switch (53) providing selection of voltage to be transmitted to firing mechanism (2),

❖ Measurement ends (54), the part where electrical connections are made for conduct of resistance measurements in order to adjust electrical power required for firing operation and

❖ Power sources (55) providing electric energy needed for firing and interconnected in serials.

The system (1) according to claim 3, characterized in comprising pacco switches (52) of which positions are controlled by user after re-counting of resistance value after giving measurement command by control unit (3) and observing resistance value by electrical connections made to measurement ends (54), and of which positions are changed by user for conduct of adjustments for generation of total power required from power sources (55).

5. The system (1) according to claim 4, characterized in comprising central switch (53) of which position is selected by user according to power adjusted after power adjustment is made by means of pacco switches (52).

6. The system according to any of claim 3 to 5, characterized in comprising primary safety switch (41) and secondary safety switch (51)

❖ In SAFE position providing no firing and no voltage generation in any conditions by system (1) in the beginning,

❖ Kept in safe position while required connections and arrangements are made,

❖ Brought into MEASURE position if resistance measurement, the initial step of firing steps is to be made,

❖ In case of need to make any change, taken into SAFE position again and providing conduct of operations, and ❖ After all operations are fully completed and everything is made ready, putting primary safety switch (41) and secondary safety switch (51) into FIRE position to conduct firing.

Technical Field

This invention relates to a system realized for military areas and used in firing operations.

Present State of the Art

Today hardware used for conduct of firing operation in military fields do not comprise any controllable smart device but perform energizing operation by primitive methods. This case creates many risks. Because pressure, dust cloud and sound spreading into a broad area during explosion create threats in terms of human health.

Patent application document numbered TR2019/15083 in the literature discloses a remote controlled weapon system. System disclosed thereunder does not comprise any boards and control unit in communication with each other. In addition, related system does not offer an embodiment controlling safety status of the environment and in case of any negative condition, starting safety scenario automatically.

As a result, due to above described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions, it has been necessary to make development in the related art. Purpose of the Invention

The invention has been developed with inspiration from existing situation and aims to eliminate the above mentioned disadvantages.

Purpose of this invention is to disclose a system realized for military areas and used in firing operations. The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations. 55. Electric energy Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the system (1) being subject of the invention have been described only for purpose of better understanding of the matter. This invention relates to a system (1) realized for military areas and used in firing operations.

System (1) of the invention of which schematic view is shown in Figure 1 comprises;

❖ Remote controllable firing mechanism (2) for ballistic missile, heavy weapons and similar types and used for firing operations,

❖ Control unit (3) monitoring environment, line and all system (1) preparing firing parameters and conducting adjustments,

❖ Control board (4) giving electrical commanding for initiation or stopping of firing operation in line with data received from control unit (3) and ❖ Central board (5) performing firing and energizing operations as result of electrical command received from control board (4) and thereupon providing starting or stopping of firing mechanism (2).

In the system (1) control unit (3), control board (4) and central board (5) exchange data instantly with each other and thus provides field monitoring and controlling facility. The priority in the system (1) is safety and in case of any negative condition or complex case, safety scenario is started automatically. Operation of monitoring is made by control unit (3) and firing command is transmitted to central board (5) by control board (4). Central board (5) processes required command and transfers it to field, that is, firing mechanism (2). Equipment such as missile, heavy weapon and similar ones can be fired by energy coming from firing mechanism (2).

Control board (4) comprises ❖ Primary safety switch (41) providing going from safe status to measurement or firing status or from these status to safety status,

❖ Firing button (42) providing remote realization of firing operations and

❖ Cancel button (43) used for immediate stopping of all operations. Central board (5) comprises,

❖ Secondary safety switch (51) providing going from safe status to measurement or firing status or from these status to safety status,

❖ Pacco switches (52) conducting voltages adjustments to generate energy required for firing, ❖ Central switch (53) providing selection of voltage to be transmitted to firing mechanism (2),

❖ Measurement ends (54), the part where electrical connections are made for conduct of resistance measurements in order to adjust electrical power required for firing operation and

❖ Power sources (55) providing electric energy needed for firing and interconnected in serials.

Primary safety switch (41) and secondary safety switch (51) located in control board (4) and central board (5) in the system are in SAFE status in the beginning. While in this status, system (1) does not make firing in any conditions and does not generate voltage. While required connections and arrangements are made in the system (1), primary safety switch (41) and secondary safety switch (51) are kept in safe position. If resistance measurement operation which is the first step of firing steps is to be made, primary safety switch (41) and secondary safety switch (51) are put into

MEASURE position. Electrical connections are made to measurement ends (54) in central board (5). Then measure command is given to the system (1) by control unit (3) designed for controlling central board (5) and located in firing building, And resistance value is observed. Counting is made again according to the resistance value and position of pacco switches (52) is controlled by user. Adjustment of power to be transmitted to the system (1) is made by preferably 10 pacco switches (52) of 5 position provided in firing board. This adjustment is determined according to resistance value data received from field and measured by measurement ends (54). Power sources (55) are interconnected in series. Positions of pacco switches (52) are changed by used in order to conduct adjustments for achieving total power required from power sources (55). If Pacco switches (54) are put into positions 1-2-3-4-5 respectively total voltage of 24x5=120V DC is obtained. If pacco switches (54) are adjusted in 1- 2-1 -1-1 respectively, voltage of 24x2=48V DC is selected. Central switch (53) is preferably 1 and of 5 poles. After power adjustments are made by means of pacco switches (52), position of central switch (53) is selected by user according to adjusted power. For instance, central switch (53) is put into position 5 for 120V DC power. After selection, primary safety switch (41) and secondary switch (51) is to see selected according to operation to be performed. If there is anything desired to be changed, primary safety switch (41) and secondary safety switch (51) are put in SAFE position and operations are conducted. Thus When in safe position, firing mechanism (2) is off and on safe side. After all operations are fully completed and everything is made ready, primary safety switch (41) and secondary safety switch (51) are put into FIRE position to conduct firing. Thus the system (1) comes into status to perform firing operation upon command to be sent from control board (4) in the firing building. Firing button (42) on control board (4) is pressed and counting down is started for firing operation. In case of any problem and need to stop system (1) during counting down, if cancel button (43) is pressed, firing is cancelled and counting down is reset. In normal circumstances, voltage generated in central board (5) is applied to firing mechanism (2) and firing is realized upon counting down.
