The present invention relates to a system for storing a voice recording file based on a blockchain. The system for storing a voice recording file comprises: a voice-to-text conversion apparatus for converting the voice recording file into a text file by using a preset voice-to-text conversion algorithm and outputting the text file converted from the voice recording file and information about the voice-to-text conversion algorithm; a blockchain network configured to generate a block including the text file and the information about the voice-to-text conversion algorithm, which are output from the voice-to-text conversion apparatus, and store the generated block in the blockchain; and a data storage apparatus for storing the original of the voice recording file, and thus the text file for the voice recording file and the original voice recording file are reliably stored.
