Abstract:
System (10), and methods applying audible acoustic energy to cause vasodilatation and/or to increase tissue perfusion. The system (10), includes an audible acoustic energy applicator (18), sized to be place in acoustic contact with the individual, an electrical signal generating machine (16), adapted to be coupled to the audible acoustic energy applicator (18), a controller (26), to generate electrical signals to operate the audible acoustic energy applicator during treatment session to produce audible acoustic energy.
