[2] Because existing tape cutter use sawlike cutter that is projected from tape case and it cuts by using saw holding it with one hand, there are many cases that fingerprint and dust are stuck to tape. Also in the case of long-use, because saw is worn away, there are many cases that cutting become difficult, and tape becomes lengthened. Therefore, there are many discomfort in use because it is difficult for us to exactly cut in proper length. But this invention perfectly removes these problems, and makes everyone easily use it.

[3] In order to solves these problems, this invention is contrived. This invention makes use of tape and change of it easy. And the object of this invention is on prohibiting tape roller from backlashing, and having user accurately cut in wanted length, and offering convenient and practical tape cutter. [4] It is formed by installing connection ball(12) to top and bottom case(l), making them combined with each other, and connecting support roller(9), tape roller(5), and blotter lever(2) to connection paper(lθ), I make it move forward and backward. But by installing rotating ball(13) that blade(14) is installed on one side, installing two assistance rollers(8)(8') in lower part in a row, making them meet with support roller(9), making it inserted and drawn to insertion and evulsion ball(l 1) formed in the front of case(l), as for blotter lever(2), elastically installing by installing plate spring(3) on internal bottom of case(l) and combining plate spring with it, and composing for its rear to be projected toward rear of case(l).

Advantageous Effects

[5] As above, this invention makes every one easily conveniently safely use wanted length of tape, and by preventing tape roller from backlashing, user accurately can cut wanted length. And because change of tape is easy, it is convenient and practical invention.

[14] In use of tape cutter of this invention, like illustration of figure 3, 4, in condition of holding case(l) of cutter with hand, as pressing blotter lever(2), and advancing support roller(9) and tape roller(5) connected with connection paper(lθ), make support roller(9) projected by using insertion and evulsion ball(l 1) on the front of case(l).

[15] If support roller(9) is projected, as attaching tape(7) on a surface that you want to attach adherend of tape(7) drawn out by support roller(9) and assistance roller(8)(8'), attach tape(7) by moving case(l) toward direction that you want to attach.

[16] When you finish attachment of tape as long as you want to attach, release blotter lever (2) that you hold, make blotter lever(2) move backward and return to its original position by elasticity of plate spring(3) connected to blotter lever(2). At the same time, support roller(9) and tape roller(5) is driven backward together, and when support roller is driven backward, rotation ball(13) having blade(14) rotates together. At this time, tape(7) is cut by blade(14)'s rotation from top to bottom.

ball(12) foraied in cast(l) in itself, and assembly and separation are easy, change of tape is easy and in production, easy and quick assembly of case is possible.

[18] Also, because this invention is formed by connecting support roller(9) on blotter lever(2) elastically installed by plate spring(3) and tape roller(5) to connection paper(lθ), simple structure can increase productivity, reduce the prime cost of production, and prevent trouble.

[19] On the other side, because cutter of this invention more solidly supports extracted tape through adding another assistance roller(8) on the bottom of assistance roller(8') installed to support roller(9) that tape(7) is extracted and held, it prevents tape from driven backward. And by forming the inside of tape roller(5) and ball for backlashing prohibition(4) formed by multiple projections on one side of tape holder(15) installed at it, and preventing tape holder(15) from backlashing, accurate cutting of length that user want is possible.

[20] Also, by attaching silicon(6) to fixing part(16) inside of the front of case(l), preventing tape(7) from attaching to case(l) is possible.
