Abstract:
A tape dispenser (101) is configured from a base (110) provided with a cutting blade (4) for cutting an adhesive tape (2), a holder member (120) displaceably mounted to the base, and a reel part (30), and tentative fastening parts (41, 42) for tentatively fastening the pulled out tape (2) are provided in the holder member (120) and the base (110), respectively. By cutting the tape, the tentative fastening parts that are being separated are brought close to each other, a tentatively fastened tape region (3') is bent, and the inner adhesive surfaces thereof are brought into contact with each other to thereby form a pinch part (3).
