Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tape release paper separating device and method for separating a release paper from a protective tape for a component, the protective tape comprising the release paper and a main tape attached to the release paper. The tape release paper separating device comprises: a suction part which suctions the upper side of the release paper; a wedge-shaped holding part which is inserted under the release paper; and a driving unit connected to the suction part and the holding part by links respectively so as to transfer driving force to the suction part and the holding part, wherein, when the driving unit is operated to move the links along a straight line, the suction part and the holding part are rotated such that the suctioned release paper can be held between the suction part and the holding part.
