Abstract:
A tape winding device (1) has: fixed plates (41, 42); rotating plates (49, 44); U-shaped fixed plate-side notches (41A, 42A) and rotating plate-side notches (49A, 44A); a tape support portion rotating integrally with the rotating plates; and a regulating arm (101) that regulates the position of a harness (W1) in such a manner that after the harness (W1) is inserted into the notches, the regulating arm (101) moves to a regulating position in order to position the harness (W1) in a deep region of the notches.
