Abstract:
A telescoping dust pipe used in a suction cleaner comprises an outer pipe with a
stop sleeve at its front end, an inner pipe provided with guiding grooves and catching
notches. Guiding ribs are provided in the inside wall of the stop sleeve to insert
into the guiding grooves. A catching member is arranged in the catching notch.
The stop sleeve is provided with a projecting stage, and the outer pipe is provided
with a matching projecting portion, which surrounds the projecting stage. A
sliding slot having an opening therein to release and accommodate the catch member
is provided in the projecting stage. A sliding body, which has two springs at both
ends and two oblique grooves in M-shape from lateral view formed at its bottom,
is located in the sliding slot. A pressing portion is between the oblique grooves
to press the catching member. The outer pipe is provided with a handle connecting
and moving the sliding body. The handle can move in bidirectional way due to the
sliding body with the M-shape oblique grooves, thus the dust pipe has simple structure.
Also, the invention can save material, thereby reducing the manufacture cost.
