Abstract:
A temperature adaptive construction lift with counterweight segmented unloading and an implementation method, an unloading attachment frame being arranged on a secondary guide rail frame at every one or more standard sections along the vertical direction, a counterweight being arranged on one end of each unloading attachment frame, and the other end being secured to a vertical structure spaced apart from the secondary guide rail frame, the unloading attachment frame clamping the secondary guide rail frame from the periphery; the bottom part or a lower position of a primary guide rail frame is rigidly secured onto the vertical structure or the ground or the foundations; the primary guide rail frame and the secondary guide rail frame are fixed together by means of connecting rods, and the counterweights are connected to the connecting rods by means of a traction rope pulley mechanism. The present construction lift and implementation method can unload the dead weight of the guide rail frames in a segmented manner to relieve temperature stress, solving the problem in guide rail frames of traditional construction lifts of the high internal stress on the guide rail frames due to the high mounting height and large temperature changes, so that the lifting height of the construction lift is not restricted.
