Abstract:
Provided are a temperature sensor, an electronic apparatus, and a temperature measurement system. The temperature sensor comprises: a bias current generation circuit, a curvature compensation current generation circuit, a reference voltage generation circuit, and an output voltage generation circuit. The bias current generation circuit is used to generate an initial bias current, the initial bias current and temperature having a non-linear relationship therebetween. The curvature compensation current generation circuit is used to generate a compensation current, and output same to the bias current generation circuit and the output voltage generation circuit, so as to compensate for the initial bias current to acquire a zero temperature coefficient bias current. The temperature sensor of the present application compensates for a non-linear relationship between a reference voltage and temperature, and a non-linear relationship between an output voltage and temperature, so as to compensate for non-linear relationships of the reference voltage and the output voltage, thereby improving temperature measurement accuracy when an output conversion code Dout having a linear relationship with temperature is acquired.
