The display control method comprises: displaying a first display sub-interface in a first display area of a display unit of the terminal device in a first color matching scheme during a first time period of a display period (S101); and displaying the first display sub-interface in the first display area in a second color matching scheme different from the first color matching scheme during a second time period of the display period (S102).
